If you have flying hours in May 21 and your Spanish social security is currently suspended or you are not yet registered, you must inform us by sending an email to support@oconnorandassociates.ie
Please note if you have been rostered to fly and have not re-registered or have not completed your registration for your Spanish social security you should note the following:
- You will be in breach of EU Regulations 883/2004 on social security home base rules.
- You may be subject to fines imposed by the Spanish authorities which will include the amount of the autonomo fee backdated plus 20% plus interest
- You will be in breach of your contract with your agency
Please therefore do not delay in informing us that you have flying hours.
