We have just been advised that with immediately effect, October 2016, the EU commission have enacted revised social insurance legislation that was regulated earlier this year. 

There may be a few exceptions to the rule, but generally speaking, the authority that will have the rights to social insurance contributions will be the country where you are Line Training and not Ireland.

For Floating pilots each case will be assessed on an individual bases.
