You cannot claim for crew meals obtained during the course of your normal daily work from your permanent base, only if you are out of base. 

Out of base meal rates are included in the subsistence when you use the OOB and travel form on the website.

Only a meeting with food that is 'solely and exclusive to do with your contract' could be claimed.
