Mileage is automatically calculated on the travel Subsistence form. You just need to add in the distance on the form.

This covers the cost of petrol, wear & tear, car insurance and road tax. Please be advised that you cannot claim anything extra towards the cost of repairs or maintenance.

• It cannot be claimed while travelling from home to work (from your permanent base).
• It can be claimed for any travelling done by car from home for training and out of base work.
• Although it is called mileage, it should be calculated in kilometers!
