This will look like:

fr-aviation-IE-IE, fr-aviation-ES-ES, fr-aviation-PT-PT etc.

The above examples stand for Irish Taxation and Irish Social Insurance, Spanish Taxation and Spanish Social Insurance and Portuguese Taxation and Portuguese Social Insurance.
